What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. To initiate a return, contact us at info@automotorparts.co.uk, and if approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns should be sent to: 125 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 2BY. Note that items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted. For EU customers, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item meets the same conditions.
