We’ve got two solid options for UK deliveries, straight from our shop in the United Kingdom:
- Standard Shipping: Takes 2 to 4 business days. It’s free if your order’s over £50.00—perfect for everyday drivers and DIY mechanics stocking up on trusted brands like Muc-Off or Milwaukee Tools.
- Express Shipping: Arrives in 1 to 3 business days. Costs £5.99 for orders under £80.00, but it’s free if you spend more than £80.00. Ideal for when you need that car battery or jump starter pronto.
Some products might ship faster, and bigger items—like leisure batteries—could take a tad longer. You’ll see the exact timeline at checkout. Wet British weather won’t faze us—we’ll get it to you road-ready!
Do you ship outside the UK, like to Poland or beyond?
Yes, we bring AMP’s top-tier brands to select spots outside the UK!
- Poland (EU): Choose Standard International (2 to 11 business days, £8.99) or Express International (2 to 7 business days, zł 72.99 unless your order’s over zł 602.07 PLN—then it’s free).
- International (e.g., UAE, Australia, Canada): Standard International takes 3 to 17 business days for £11.99, avaliable on request

Returns & Refunds

How long do I have to return an item, and what’s the process?
You’ve got 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return—plenty of time to decide if it’s the right fit for your drive. To qualify, your item needs to be unused, unworn, with tags still on, and in its original packaging, just as it arrived. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.To kick things off, email us at info@automotorparts.co.uk. If approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions to send it back to 125 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 2BY. Don’t ship anything back without checking with us first—unrequested returns won’t be accepted. We’ll keep you moving with a hassle-free process!
What if my order arrives damaged or isn’t what I expected?
We stock the best brands—like Milwaukee Tools and Muc-Off—so it’s rare, but if your item arrives defective, damaged, or just plain wrong, we’ll make it right. Inspect your order as soon as it lands and contact us immediately at info@automotorparts.co.uk. Tell us what’s up, and we’ll evaluate the issue fast. Are there items I can’t return?
Most of our range—like car batteries, chargers, and Carlyle Tools—can be returned within 30 days, but some exceptions apply. We can’t take back perishable goods (think food or plants), custom-made products (like special-order parts), or personal care items. Hazardous stuff—flammable liquids, gases, or anything risky—is also off the table. Sale items and gift cards? No returns there either. How do refunds and exchanges work, including the EU cooling-off period?
Once we receive and inspect your return (to 125 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 2BY), we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If it’s a go, your refund hits your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks might take a bit longer to process, so if it’s been over 15 business days since approval, ping us at info@automotorparts.co.uk.
Want an exchange? Return the item first, then place a new order for what you need—it’s the quickest way to get rolling again. For EU customers, you’ve got a bonus: a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel for any reason, no questions asked, as long as the item’s unused and in original packaging.
