To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original condition with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Note that items sent back without prior approval won’t be accepted. For EU customers, you also have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel or return your order for any reason, provided the item meets the same conditions.
